Evaluative Metering Nailed
Feb 17, 2004

It has been about 3 weeks since I switched from center focusing to 7 point focusing - and from manual to Av (predominately) for my outdoors photos. Yesterday I took a "roll" of film and every one of the exposures was exactly right. I pay attention what the focus points are lighting on - is it on my subject? Are they not lighting on pure black or pure white. By doing this, my histograms are exactly right, and the exposure doesn't need to be adjusted.

Thought I would share this after my posts on metering.
