Is it time to say goodbye to my 7i?

Well, the upgrade of Minolta models are so fast---most of the topics of Minolta now are around A1-A2.

Time flies! Still using my 7i, which was bought about one year ago (I got it March 2003), I start thinking if it is the right time to trade it in or sell it to get the newer version.

I am not very rich and basically feel 7i works okay my needs (except for the following nuisances: its bulkiness and slow focusing, and power consuming problems)

What do you think? Is it time to kiss my 7i good-bye? Or, I should wait until the newest model following A2? (In other words, I should wait until another new model X “i” or X “1” is up?)
