Out of focus with converter TC-E2

Hi,

In my CP 4500 manual it says "Use auto focus when optional converter lens is attached. In manual focus mode, the actual focus distance will differ from that shown in the monitor."

That seems to be true when using the infinity position too. Anyone than can confirm this? Or is it something wrong with my Nikon CP 4500?

I believe I have the same problem with the WC-E63 too, but it is more difficult to see due to the longer depth of focus.
