10d Underexposing

Hi Folks
I Have not long had my 10d but I find the the images I am
shooting are all underexposed by a couple of stops. I have
tried shooting in different modes but still the same. Even
when I use flash indoors with the built in flash and with
the 550 ex is their something the matter with the camera
or am I doing something wrong. HELP please I am very
dissapointed at the moment.
