replace E20 with 717 your opinion.

I have the e20 that i by second hand for about one year, and i am disapointed for the first time with slow write speed and noise level.I dont have money to spend for by

new camera but i found one shop that can replace my e20 with new one sony 717.Please give me yours opinion about this change,i have read that sony 717 is quick and lower in noise than e20 with good lens and only limit that i use only memory stick card,thanks to all.
