S9000 Nozzle Check Question

I tried a search but it seems to be overloaded now and last night. I am using the latest Win 2k driver and keep getting the same nozzle check failure. In the magenta grid I have one line missing and one that is almost on top of another, iow out of position. They never change position after repeated cleaning and deep cleaning. Is it possible that the grid is wrong? Is someone getting a full and correct magenta grid?
