Soligor 0.25x Fisheye.

Anyone can tell me something about this conversion lens?
Anyone have try it on Dimage 7xx? How it works?
Is it the equivalent fisheye of Phoenix?
I ask that because in Europe i can't find Phoenix Fisheye lens and i look at soligor's fisheye that looks like the Phoenix one.
