Product Shoot Lighting Suggestions?

I'm think of purchasing two medium photoflex starlites kits and placing them at a 45 degree angle to my homemade shooting table (pvc pipes, foam core top and back with white sheet butcher paper draped). I'm using this for small object photography, ie jewelry. Have a canon 10D with 50mm macro. I'm going for an all white background, as I am utilizing this for an online jewelry site. Any suggestions regarding the lights and any part of the setup would be greatly appreciated. By the way thanks to all of you who have provided so much insight and advice, I have definitely learned alot, but have much more ahead.
