Yes, you can.  Make sure to set the Sony RX100 IV to "M" (Manual Mode on the function wheel on the top of the camera).  The go into Menu - tab one - "camera" and select the "Quality" line.  Make sure you are shooting in JPG, not RAW.  Then still on the Camera tab in the menu go to sub tab 5 and select "DRO/Auto HDR".  Select the "Auto HDR" and you are all set.  It will take three images with three exposure compensations and will combine them in the camera into one image.

However you can also just take 3 images in any manual setting each with a different exposure compensation and then use Lightroom to combine them into an HDR image, when can then be edited even further.
