Go digital and forget SLR?

Hi! I'm thinking about going digital with the Dimage 7HI and was wondering if I should forget my SLR? I have a Maxxum 700si with 2-3 prime lenses and would like to decide if I should sell them or not. I don't see the need of SLR anymore because I like digital film more. What would you recommend me to do? Has anyone gone totally digital and no more SLR? Or does anyone keep both?

Please advice what you think I should do and opinions. Thanks
