Flash on S1 vs S2

Hi all

I currently use the S1 and recently bought SB-80 to replace knackered Metz 45-CL and it works great, but with limited dedication. I'm thinking of getting the S2 (but will probably wait for the S3) - has anyone used the SB-80 with both S1 & S2?

I want less tinkering and more auto with this set-up - eg: auto aperture, auto zoom, auto ISO etc - does the S2 give more dedication functions?
