My x100 charger suddenly died on me and I almost immediately went to order a new one, but I figured I'd give the warranty a run despite that I bought the camera used online and it's already 2 years old. But I got really quick reply from Fujifilm apologizing for the inconveniences and asking what charger I'd would like and to where I would like it to be sent.

Never was I asked of any receipt, serial numbers nor of the old broken charger.

This is Fujifilm Sweden by the way. I got charger today and didn't pay a penny!
