What equals a 12 mm mFT lens if I only shoot in 3:2 aspect mode - a 26 mm Full Frame lens?

A 12 mm lens for microFourThird format equals 24 mm on FullFrame format, but the aspect ratio on the full frame is 3:2 while on mFT it is 4:3.
So 3:2 aspect ration on mFT is done by cutting top and buttom away and hence the diagonal is no longer equal to 24 mm but higher.
Is there anyone who know what a 12 mm lens on a mFT camera set to the 3:2 aspect ratio will equal to a Full Frame lens? (I suspect it must be approx. equal to a 26 mm lens, but it is only my guess).
