Panasonic FZ200 vs Sony HX400

Sorry if this has already been asked, I did a forum search but only got results for a FZ1000 thread.

My parents have asked me to research a bridge camera for them and given their budget which do you think would be better for them? I shoot a Canon dSLR and for me the ability to shoot RAW and constant F2.8 would be my priority. My parents want the ability to shoot great JPEGS SOOC, macro capability as my dad has and allotment and loves taking flower close ups. Do either have a dedicated macro function? (my TZ10 does so I was assuming it carries on the the bridge cameras?)

They will use it for days out and family gatherings which are often indoors another area where the F2.8 would be beneficial. I can shoot iso 800 happily, how do these compare at high iso? My mum is more experienced previously shooting a film pentax with manual lenses, my dad needs point and shoot capabilities. Their budget is around the £350 mark.

or is there another bridge camera more suited to them?

Thank you for your time.
