I inadvertently started something when I asked about some photos at iso 12,800.  Well, I went back and started looking at some of the other pictures.  I've not had time to do anything to the event's pictures due to time.  Here is a picture shot at iso 3200, that appears to have similar issues, albeit much less.

Could this have been caused by someone cleaning the sensor improperly?
