Horizontal/vertical bands uneven color/noise bottom and right of long exposure images

I'm not sure if this is normal, I personally don't like it and think something is wrong with the sensor. When I take long exposure images, or use high ISO I always notice this horizontal band of pixels at the bottom and right that are different in color from the rest of the image. I marked the areas where they occur - all along the bottom left to right and all along the right side top to bottom. My camera has extended warranty, I could bring it in but don't know if they would find anything wrong because the daytime images appear unaffected.

(camera Sony NEX 5N)

Sony NEX 5N ISO 400 f/2.8 151sec exposure
