Lowest ISO available in camera?

So im refining my future plans in regards to my gear setup. I currently have a GX7 which I really like but the more I shoot the more I enjoy using flash. This leads me to lower and lower ISO, which at the moment im limited to 125. I would like to be able to shoot even lower, even if it means having multiple cameras/systems that each have specific uses.

So my question is, which apsc or smaller sensor cameras currently in production (I would also include others like D7000, a77, 60D) offer the lowest in camera ISO setting? I know some extended ISO stops may reduce DR but that is not of importance for now, just looking for the lowest ISO setting out there. FF need not be included. Mirrorless or DSLR both welcome.
