Is this right ..
Aug 26, 2014

I am dithering about what to buy as an addition to my DSLR, ie smaller compact or CSC

Been looking at the Sony A6000 and seem to have stumbled on what I think is an adaptor that allows me to use some of my lens on the A6000.

I have several smaller lens which I could possibly use if that is the case, namely a Nikon 50 mm, Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4 and a Tokina AT-X 12-28 PRO DX.

If this is the case then what's the downside of attaching an adaptor and a different fitting lens and if the downside is negligible then is it a no brainer for me to get an A6000 body only.

The purpose of the new camera is a travel light alternative to a DSLR hence why I would use the smaller lens only.

Any input and thoughts would be greatly appreciated
