Introducing a talented young m4/3 photographer...

...who happens to be my soon-to-be 16 year old grandson, Anson. These are from a family two month summer cruise down the west coast and into the S. Cal. Channel Islands, with my old GH1 and 14-45 lens, and the 100-300mm he saved for.

The BIF and BD (birds diving!) shots are from the San Simeon anchorage on the way south; the Painted Cave and fox from Santa Cruz Is. - an isolated and rather desolate place which has become their favorite. All but the fox from the 41' sailboat at anchor, or rubber dinghy (cave).

He has found using AF-S and med. speed burst allowing re-focusing between shots to be more accurate than AF-C for the birds. Most shots are tightly cropped, and we did the processing together in ACR/CS6.
