I've gotten good results with rain cover + 2 silica bags under it.

One is attached to the cameras flash mount and another one is attached to the lens with rubber band.

Seems to keep the humidity down without any fog in the rain cover's lcd "window".

Under heavy rain it is usable for 1-2 hours with those 2X4cm silica bags. No condensation whatsoever, but after that you can see the fog building.

It works, but it is quite inconvenient.

Only water resistance the 6D has is that everything that goes in will not come out easily...

Even the shutter release button is precision fit only. No gaskets or nothing... Same thing with the 8way button on the back... Even the mode selection button has nothing...
