a6000 and 24mm zeiss lens for urban/architecture low-light - good enough?

I bought the a6000 recently. I'll need a lens for low light. I need a 35mm equiv. or around that for shooting urban scenes at night. I primarily focus on urban scenes (such as streets, buildings, signs, etc) and landscapes (when I'm not in a city) rather than close up shots of people, although I may get involved in some of that shooting sometimes. I'll need AF because I'll be in some busy cities where checking focus etc at night would be difficult I expect. I would like to take urban low-light or night scenes primarily involving street architecture, buildings, etc. The Zeiss has no stabilization which means it might be a problem due to noise/higher ISO's or having too little DOF for street photos or urban scenery without a tripod. So, is it worth getting? I have considered the 35 OSS, but 50 is a little too narrow a focal length for what I want. The UWA zoom angle lens appears to be too slow for low light despite the OSS.

The only other solutions in compact mirror-less appear to be m4/3 beacuse they have IBIS, RX100 or Fuji with their faster 2.0 35mm equiv. lens. What is my best option for this application? Do I need multiple systems/bodies for my intended purposes? I do not think I can step up to A7 at this time, but since the 35mm for the A7 is a stop slower, that would cancel out the full frame benefit I assume?

The RX1 could be an option but it's slow to focus which could be annoying.

Sony a6000
