I think two different images, taken at a slightly lower angle for the "reflection" (hence more chromatic aberration because of the steeper angle) and then the latter flipped and merged and massaged in Photoshop.

You really didn't notice the TV aerials?

Hah I saw that too, it could either be because the water reflected less intensity so they didn't oversaturate the sensor and disappear or because when he flipped and processed the water he applied a lot more rescue highlights.
