K3 video disables stabilization with optically stabilized lens.

I have been trying out my new Sigma EX 70-200mm f/2.8 APO DG HSM OS Lens for panning in stills and for video stabilization on my K-3. Works fine for panning and I can see myself using that sometimes.
Unfortunately however Pentax has again decided to turn stabilization off as soon as you start recording and I couldn't find any setting to keep it enabled. On top of sensor stabilization being disabled during video recording, this is quite disappointing. I know it works on other cameras, such as Canon DSLRs, because I've seen video demonstrations showing it.

Has anyone tried it on a K-5 (where sensor stabilization is said to work with video)?

John.
