You can print at ISO3200 just fine if you shoot RAW

Web shots, you are likely to be useable at ISo6400 without any problems. I shoot mostly in Auto-ISO with the high set to 3200. I find the noise quite acceptable at 3200 with some PP in Adobe Camera Raw... even at 100% viewing (which you would never do with a web-sized image).

Here is an example of an underexposed ISO3200 shot that I pushed up significantly. I even pushed the blacks down, adding contrast, making it even noisier where there is light and I find it completely acceptable though YMMV:
