A prime portrait lens for less than 150$/120€?

For that type of OOF... the Oly 45mm

You could get very close to that result from the first photo with the Oly 45mm 1.8. The sigma will not give you that amount of blur unless the background is farther away than what this photo suggests.

Check flickr. In the search box type: Olympus 45mm

You'll find plenty of examples of what the lens can do. Here is one where the background is relatively close to the subject so you can get an idea of the type of blurring/bokeh it creates in a tighter situation (I did not take this photo, I found it on Flickr):

You could likely go even further with a blurrier background with the Oly 75mm 1.8 but it isn't cheap, and it takes getting used to shooting at 150mm FoV equivalent.
