Since you have the 12-40mm

I have the 12-40mm and the Sigma 60mm. Although the sigma is sharper than the 12-40mm, I find I rarely use the Sigma anymore since it isn't as versatile nor is it any faster (same f-stop). It also takes some getting used to shooting at 120mm equiv. FoV. I pull it out every now and then just to get a different perspective on shooting, but it doesn't really add much for me in how/what I shoot.

If I was to get a prime lens, it would be one that is a bit more general purpose and one that can work better in low light than the 12-40. I think having the Oly 25mm f1.8 would be a good fast prime as it is relatively inexpensive, and can be a bit more versatile than the Oly 45mm.
