Made a quick visit via the fast(ish) train from cold Melbourne to even colder Ballarat today. In the bag was the Panny G6 with the 12-32 on it plus the 45-150 should it be needed. After a couple of days of bright blue skies and nary a cloud to be seen, though, it was overcast, gray, drab , and threatening rain!

And it was cold.

So lunch of a beef and mushroom pie at the Art Gallery café was welcome.

Just a snap, as it were, but thank heavens for the built-in flip-up flash on the G6 to give me a bit of light on the table. In fact, I overdid it a touch and had to burn in just a little.

Oh -- and then there was the flash reflection in the window which I had to remove.

The pie with home made tomato sauce/relish was delicious, as was the salad.

Cheers, geoff
