RX100 III Real world battery life

OK - just received my RX100 III and am loving it so far.  Cannot say enough good things.  I ordered the external charger and extra battery pack combo from B&H along with it, and although I've been reading reviews as well as posts on the subject, I'm starting to wonder if I might want a 3rd battery.

I have a two week vacation to Orlando\Disney etc. coming up in two weeks, and I'm looking for a bit of input on real world usage.  It seems like two batteries may be enough, but I'm thinking a 3rd might be needed?  I take a fair amount of pics while vacationing, usually 3-500 per day, and while the specs say two should be good, how is the actual life really holding up when using combinations of the viewfinder, LCD, possible wifi for sending to a phone etc.

Thanks for any input.
