Fuji ISO and using a meter

I picked up a Sekonic L308s  and have only had a chance to use it once, and that was only for about 6 shots. I'm curious about setting the ISO.  Rumor has it Fuji ISO is 2/3 stop off, if this is true then logically when using a meter you should up the ISO in the meter to account for the difference, true?  So even thought I might have the camera set to ISO 400 the ISO value I would put in the meter would be different (by 2/3 stop), to compensate for the "Fuji ISO", true?
