Filter Advice pls for Seascapes
Aug 3, 2014

I'm about to go on holiday and would like to have a go at some Long exposure seascape shots, using my X-T1 with a Zeiss 12mm, and the new 18-135 too - both have a 67mm thread

I read a ton of web pages and jumped in and ordered a B+W 10 stop ND filter and a  B+W 67mm S03 MRC Nano Coated Kaeseman Circular Polarizer Filter then as I read more, I realised a Grad ND filter would be useful too.

Then I read about the Lee Seven5 system and now I've confused myself as to what I actually need!

If I went for a Lee Seven5 setup I'd go for the big stopper and  0.9 ND Soft Grad and maybe a 0.6 ND Hard Grad.

I've also looked for info about which order to stack the filters? I guess I'd have to put the B+W circular polariser on first, then a Grad ND and lastly the big stopper?

Any advice to help a confused noob would be appreciated!
