How to read the colour temperature on a custom white balance

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to get the colour temperature (in K) on a photo that was taken with a custom white balance setting (or Auto for that matter)?

If you're wondering why I would want to do this - I like the colour cast from an image (due to a custom white balance taken at the time) and want to re-use/apply it on other photos.

Thanks in advance.
