Fuji 18-135mm or the 55-200mm?
Jul 31, 2014

So I'm looking into getting my next lens, so exciting! As of right now, I have the 18-55mm kit lens, the 14mm f2.8, and the amazing 23mm f1.4. I now need a lens with some longer reach on it. I was going to pull the trigger on the 55-200mm lens, but now I'm rethinking that witht he release of the 18-135mm which is weather proof and could prove to be useful for my needs (dirtbike races, alaskan cruise, etc.).

My question is this. Should I stick with getting the 55-200mm lens since it has more reach? Or should I consider getting the 18-135mm instead since it could be used as a main walkaround lens that has weatherproofing and then sell my 18-55mm lens since it'd be a little redundant?

Any and all opinions are appreciated!
