RX10 - what is it's stills sweet spot for sharp images ?

Ok, I have posted before about my issues getting a decent sharp image with this stills camera. I have to say that my old Nikon D200 puts this in the shade for reliable, sharp noise free images. Yes, it has a bigger sensor but surely the RX10 can get sharp stills with such a great lens and the fact that it can do stunning HD video.

I have found on most shoots when I come back into Lightroom that the images isn't as sharp as it seemed on reviewing back in the camera. I shoot in Raw at around 1/125th  averaging around F 3 - 5.6. and always use 125 ISO. Even on a tripod at F 3.2 at 1/30th (close up shot of church door keyhole) it came out soft and unsharp. Video is pin sharp so it isn't the lens.

What I would like to know is perhaps the best setting for getting sharp images because so far I am on the quest for sharp images. When it has got it right on very few occasions it has been spot on.
