Weather sealing on the rear end of a lens

So I was cleaning lenses the other day and blew on the Canon 24-70 F/4L IS. I see it has a rubber gasket to seal itself against the camera, but I was surprised when I blew on the rear glass that it fogged up from the inside... Is there a problem with the lens? It also seems that there's a piece or two of dust on the inside of the lensĀ

Comments please.  Thanks in advance.
