The DRO image is near HDR, the foreground clearly lights up.

perhaps its best taking a picture with high contrast, for example shoot the sunset, everything above horizon should be bright and everything below will most likely be very dark btu when ya use DRO5 the bottom half really lightens the shadows.

I didn't say i don't see a difference but i'm talking about RAW and processing here, not the JPEG that comes out if one, for some reason, would shoot in JPEG.
