Cleaning the a77 (or any Alpha DSLR)

I have a Sony a77 that is pretty dusty in the sensor (or I'm assuming it's the sensor). I am not sure how this happened, as I am always careful when I am changing lenses, but somehow, somewhere, there is dust inside. I can tell because when I shoot pics or film, especially at higher f/stops, there are several very unattractive dust spots. They are definitely hurting the quality of my a77, so much so that I am using my friend's a65 in its place. Well, I have a Diamond Plate Warranty that includes two free cleanings, but I haven't had a chance to send it in yet since I have been needing an APS-C camera on several projects, and my a77 fits the bill. Next week I will be filming three white-tailed deer breeder promotionals and need an APS-C camera for extra reach. I would rather use the a77 than my friend's a65, but I can't if I have it filled with dust. So my question is, what can I do to be able to successfully clean it in order to get it ready to use next week? I want to clean it, but be sure not to damage it. Any input would be very helpful! Thanks.
