Sounds logical, but not like excuse for todays cams. How about APS sensor sizes? No inch measure? How old are they? What compatibility with lens are you talking about? Was there m43 at 1960? Things change rapidly these days. You get up and world is different. I wonder how those engineers made it to "now" when they´re stuck at something like this, and I wonder how it managed to get to customer. Propably clever marketing kept it alive as it is bigger number. Sorry, I at least understand, but hardly disagree with this kind of measure.

Reminds me of Pulf Fiction and hamburger talk in car...
