E-M1 Auto-ISO/shutter speed behavior

Is there a way to influence the ISO and shutter speed selection of the E-M1 when shooting in Aperture priority? Mostly I'am shooting with my Voigtländer 17.5/0.95 and although the Camera knows the focal length of the lens (I.S. settings) it start raising the ISO to avoid shutter speeds lower than 1/100s. Not until the maximum ISO threshold is reached the exposure time will be raised.

I made a chart to illustrate that:

Is there a way to get a more smart automatic mode like this:

Or at least a way to lower this 1/100 threshold to 1/50 or 1/30?

With the great IBIS of the E-M1 and and a "wide" prime like the 17.5mm even handheld 1/4s Picture are possible so you shouldn't get into trouble with 1/30s.
