Do raw files have character of different camera?

I am switching to shoot Raw. Just wonder as Raw files are unprocessed data file, does it exhibit unique character of that particular camera? For example, do raw files captured by a X100s carries the unique Fuji picture style? Or, are all Raw files the same, just a file of raw data waiting to be processed? The reason I ask is because I love the character of Fuji X camera and love the JPEG they produced. I am switching to Raw for more scope in post processing. But I hate to lose the unique character of the Fuji X camera. Thanks
