D3200 ISO in Viewfinder

I am looking at getting a refurb D3200 as a backup/light weight alternative to my D800.  I am pretty sure that the D3200's viewfinder does not display the "Auto ISO" value used in P/S/A/M mode.  Is that correct?

What is shown in the viewfinder when you press the Fn button when the button is assigned to ISO?  Will you see the final Auto ISO value, or just the base ISO value (before Auto ISO bump)?  I'm looking to see the final ISO in the viewfinder right before the shot is taken.  Thanks.
