Feel like getting screwed over by B&H, help please.

Hi everybody, new to the forum. been lurking around for a while tho

I wanted to exchange an A7r which seem to have a loose mount. To speed up the process I set it as a return and bought another. There are a few free items included in the bundle as you can see. So when I received the second one I sent the first one back with the free accessories, however it's been 20 days and I only received confirmation of receipt of those free items. I contacted the CS and I was told the camera wasn't in the box, even in their security camera footage. I asked for the screenshots but I was told they cannot be provided to me at this time. I also checked with UPS the package was not damaged in anyway. I don't know what to do now, just lost almost 2500$ for no reason at all.
