E-M5 Strange difference in exposure sunsetpics.

Yesterday I went to take some pictures of the work on coastal diffence at the North Sea coast in Petten (Netherlands). This morning I was processing the images and I saw some strange differences in exposure with the same parameters. In de exif aperture, shutterspeed and ISO are the same, but one of the images is clearly darker then the ather one.

F5,6 1/3200s ISO200 AWB

F5,6 1/3200s ISO200 AWB

Can it be that the lightmetering of the E-M5 is not capabel enough when shooting against the sun?

But if so, why is the exif showing the same numbers?
