No-parallax point (nodal) of 70-200mm lens....

So I finally broke down and got myself very decent panoramic head.

First I put on 24-120mm lens on and it took me less than 5 minutes to find nodal point at 24, 70, 120mm.

The problem started when I put on Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 lens. It was easy at 70-100mm range but after that for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it.

My bracket can move 6 inches at least and then reversed for another 6 inches so movement is not a problem. But no matter where I move it the parallax error stays exactly the same in 120-200mm range.

I can have few inches gap between the center of the tripod and front of the lens or in the middle of the tripod, does not matter at all.

Anyone can help?

Thanks
