Mountain flowers

I am not a flower picture taker normally. On Monday I took a hike at the top of Sandia Mountain in New Mexico, USA (10,600 ft/3,230 m) - which is a 16 mile drive from our house - and the wildflowers were in full bloom.

Top of the mountain looking south

Scarlet Paintbrush in Aspen tree grove.

Not sure - wild geraniums?

More Paintbrushes.

Columbine the state flower of our neighbor Colorado.

Rocky Mountain Penstemmons.

No idea what this is. 2 meters/yards tall. Botanists?

Meadow at the top of the mountain.
