which telephoto zoom would be better?

hello,

i'm planning to buy the O-MD E-M1 and want to get a telephoto zoom lens.

option 1 (native m43 solution):

- 75-300mm f4.8-6.7 II (olympus m43)

OR

- 100-300mm f4-5.6 (panasonic m43)

option 2 (adapter solution for 43 lens):

- MMF-3 adapter (olympus)

- 50-200mm f2.8-3.5 SWD (olympus 43)

which option would be better?

if it's option 1, which lens would be better?

if it's option 2, would the AF on the lens work? did the latest E-M1 firmware allow the AF of this lens to work properly with the adapter?

also, for option 2, would it be possible to also add the EC-20 teleconverter into the mix to double the focal length? (i.e. E-M1 + adapter + teleconverter + 50-200mm f2.8-3.5 SWD)?

thanks!
