Recovering from two cameras being out of sync

Just shot a rodeo - 1600 frames over 8 hours, with two D800e bodies.  Unfortunately, I forgot to double check the clock sync before.  One body had daylight savings time turned on, one did not.  As a result, I can't work and see the narrative properly since the time stamps from the two cameras are an hour off.

Is there a way to go in and fix that?  It's an easy fix if I could edit the time stamp - add one hour to the files that were on the camera without daylight savings time turned on.  But having never done that, I'm not clear how to do it, or what the risks might be.

Thanks.
