Budget macro solution?

I'm looking for a budget macro solution, up to about 200 bucks (EUR/USD).

Use case:

  • Publishing to the web
  • Photography of jewelry, flowers, etc.
  • Full manual control is sufficient

Existing equipment:

  • Panasonic GF2 with kit lens H-FS014042 (LUMIX G VARIO 14–42 mm/F3.5–5.6 ASPH./MEGA O.I.S.)
  • Panasonic H-H020 LUMIX G 20mm f/1.7 Aspherical Pancake Lens

Options that I see:

  • Extension tubes, such as the Kenko DG (BTW does that report correct focal length in EXIF data?)
  • Vintage lens plus adapter

What doesn't seem to be an option:

  • DMW-GMC1 macro conversion lens: According to specs, it's not compatible with the two aforementioned lenses.
  • Native Micro Four Thirds lens: Even second hand, they are way above budget.

Any recommendations?
