Saliva on Sony A7 sensor

I've got saliva residue on my Sony A7 sensor that I can't get rid off.

I was shooting waterfalls and lakes etc and eventually noticed dust on my sensor. I didn't have any airblower and neither did any other photographer around at the time - so I eventually made this grave mistake by blowing with my mouth that also applied some spit, it will not be repeated, at least not by me. (Any comments on that are not of interest, so spare me your lessons)

I purchased a wet cleaning kit, it took 2,5 weeks for it to arrive after the sensor had gotten the saliva on it. I purchased a Visible Dust kit with 5x DHAP Orange Vswabs, 1x Sensor Brush and 1x VDust Plus fluid.

I've followed every instructional video with outmost care. The Vswabs get wet, doesn't dry up to much and are being applied gently on the sensor but the spot wont go away. I'm certain that it hasn't been scratched. What else can I do?

Has the saliva removed some coating that now causes the spot on sensor?

Oh and the camera of subject is the Sony A7. Thanks!
