Ridata, Transcend or Dane Elec 512 Card for Nikon 4500

My digital discount has each of these:

Dane Elec $115

Ridata $126

Transcend $125

Anyone have expericence with these cards? I am leaning towards the Transcend as they worked well in the Nikons in Phil's study a couple of years ago with the 995. I have a 128 San Disk which is terribly slow so I am looking both for increased write speed and memory.
