Full Frame absolutely demolishes M43 at a small additional cost
1

The APS-C offers more value at a lower cost than E-M1. The D610 full frame is in every respect a far superior camera to the E-M1 for not much extra cost. If you want a small camera none of the above cameras fit in your pocket like a Sony RX100iii. The E-M1 is an expensive camera that has little to offer over it's APS-C, FF and compact competitors. The E-M1 is a cute little camera if you have money to burn and don't need the best results.

APS-C entry level Pentax K-50 $446.95 (1/3 the cost, equal or better performance)

Olympus E-M1: $1399

Nikon D610: $1896

E-M1 DXO low light ISO score = 757 ISO (not very good by today's standards)

K-50 DXO low light ISO score = 1120 ISO

D610 low light ISO score =2925 (absolutely destroys the E-M1)

These graphs illustrate performance that can be seen in photographs, not just a small difference in the charts.
